It may have all started with one, innocent love triangle, but in the show's five years, it’s grown to something of love McOctagon. "Grey's" titular character has lusted (or just slept with) most men on the show, and former fan favorite "Izzie" spent the majority of current season balancing her affections for fellow doc Alex and ex-boyfriend/ghost/hallucination/whatever Denny.
