Back in season two, Sam earned our love for his palpable sexual tension with Padma and his refusal to ever make desserts (he has diabetes, you know!). These days he's opened his own hot spot in the Hamptons called Surf Shack and has a wedding in the works. He popped the question to some lucky lady who is, unsurprisingly, a Columbian model.
