The next generation of gossip girls (and boys)
Sorry, "Gossip Girl"—a new group of socialites has moved into the Upper East Side, and this time, their drama is real. Well, sort of.
"NYC Prep" documents the lives of six teenagers as they move through their wealthy social circle. Their parents give them everything they could possibly want, yet despite their carefree lives, these teens face the same old problems: friendship drama, relationship troubles, college applications and the pressure of sky-high expectations. I watched the preview of NYC Prep and just didnt find it compelling at all, it was mostly just a bunch of awkward whiny rich kids.
