“Guitar Hero 5” also includes such new competitive multiplayer modes as “Momentum,” which has everyone starting off at the “Medium” skill level. Nail 20 notes in a row and you go up a skill level, and thus get more points, but if you miss three notes (and we don’t mean three in a row, either), you go down a skill level.
