You know what's even scarier than mutant hillbillies? Canadian children's programming! Just kidding, it's totally clowns. And in one particularly cringe-tastic episode of the "kid friendly" '90s series "Are You Afraid of the Dark?," the storytelling canucks introduced their tween audience to the worst clown ever. When the rebellious, knee-socked protagonist swipes a fun house dummy's red nose, the Chucky-esque clown exacts his revenge by following the kid home, prank calling him and luring him to a carnival at night. Not. Funny.
