Red carpet looks at the 61st Emmy Awards were a wild bunch. Some stars shone in elegant gowns, while others shook up the carpet with campaign couture (Victoria Rowell) and Halloween costumes (Phoebe Price). And some phoned it in with sartorial snoozefests.
