Horrible. The door man stated last night that the female bartendar "build this place". My friend and I strayed from the Downtown Hoedown to check out different places. We stopped in when we could have stopped by Cheli's or HockeyTown. I asked the female bartendar for a menu. She rudely said to my friend and I I can tell you the menu. Then she asked what would we like to drink and I said something very sweet for my friend and she asked me what I wanted and I stated not sure yet. Rudely again, she said we have a two drink minimum. After two rude episodes with this female bartendar I asked for the manager. She stopped off, with her cell phone, and came back in about 3 minutes and said to us we could just leave. Of course with no manager behind her. I told her how awful her demeanor was and she needs a customer service class. I work in a very and for a very successful business downtown Detroit. It was an awful experience with another downtown business and I truly hope that she is not behind this business because owner or not she was AWFUL. We went back to Cheli's and had a blast with great customer service.
