Nearly all of the orders served up at Shula's Steak House in the Troy Marriott come straight from the Shula cut steak menu and are made with certified Angus beef. But if the 16-ounce New York strip or the 48-ounce Porterhouse isn't your choice, the menu offers lamb loin chops, salmon and even crab mac & cheese.
