Insalata is Italian for salad, which is just one of the simple pleasures this establishment has morphed into an eating extravaganza. It may be considered just another deli serving the typical soup, salad and sandwich fare; however, Insalata ramps up its selections with 40 toppings and 12 dressings to choose from along with six soups served daily.
