Everyone had their wet wipes handy as the Taste-ful Tours BBQ and Beer tour kicked off from Royal Oak on the Night Move bus. The comradery of the 25 passengers filled the air along with the sounds and smells of metro Detroit's gems like Kirk's Bar-B-Que, Black Lotus, Shilla, Lazybones and the Royal Oak Brewery.
With each stop, tour participants meet local venue owners while sampling beer, BBQ, cornbread, sushi and more. The fun didn't stop once they boarded the eco-friendly bus as Taste-ful Tour founders Laura Gononian and Laura Romita imparted their knowledge of food and cookware, and beer connoisseur Johnny Blast (yes, that's his real name) gave samples of hops and his home-made, award winning beers.
