The space now known as Club 54 was closed for two years before the current owner purchased the 6,000 square-foot building in Sterling Heights in November 2011. Thursdays, guests can enjoy a Polish food menu in addition to traditional bar fare while they are entertained by an 18-piece orchestra. On Saturdays, a 35-and-up crowd floods the club as Tokar hosts a dating-site party. Friday, some local promoters launched a new weekly night that features a younger crowd and DJs.
