Dolsot Bibimbab

Assorted vegetables and rice are served in a dolsot bowl or “hot stone bowl” with a fried egg. The Bibimbab is available with beef or vegetables. The huge steaming stone bowl arrives at the table and one immediately mixes up the egg into the crispy rice formed at the bottom and vegetables. It is commonly eaten with kochujang, a mildly spicy sauce eaten like ketchup.
