Ground corned beef mixed with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and caraway seeds, formed into balls and deep fried. The corned beef is delicate and reminiscent of a crab cake, and the secret sauce served with it, which was similar to Russian dressing, totally gave it that Reuben on Jewish rye thing.
