For years, downtown Rochester has had you covered when it came to a short walk between bar hops, but with the recent addition of an environmentally-aware restaurant, Main Street is giving you reason to skip the hop and spend the evening at an eco-friendly gem. So, in honor of Earth Day, we bring you Mind Body & Spirits -- a restaurant so green it might as well be vegetation.
