These crêpes are quite large, bigger than the ones made at home at least. The menu is playfully divided into two categories “Right Bank,” which is sweet or “Left Bank,” which is savory (named after the banks of the river Seine in Paris). All the crêpes are named after women who Torya knows and the ingredients represent the featured name’s taste.
For instance, the Allison crepe is filled with hummus, hot sauce, and spinach and herb de province. This is an unlikely combination that usually doesn’t make it onto a menu but, “that’s Allison, she puts hot sauce on hummus," said Blanchard.
