Romanian Meatballs

Pronounce them piff-te-la to score points with the staff. Homemade meatballs are made with pork, garlic and spices that’s it. The meatballs sit on top of a nice salad made of romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes and red onion, a perfect refreshing compliment to the spicy meatballs.
