Cucumber Tuna Roll

A rice-less roll that consists of shaved cucumber wrapped around spicy daikon radish, topped with a dollop of wasabi mayo and assorted fish roe. Very fresh tasting -- almost quenching -- as the cucumber cuts right through the richness of the tuna and the heat from the wasabi is controlled by the mayo.
