Seared Ahi Salad

Dino’s version of the French classic salad Nicoise starts with peppercorn-encrusted ahi tuna seared then sliced and served rare over a mix of spring greens and cold vegetables, including roasted onions, potatoes, artichokes and kalamata olives.
