Steak burger

Another dish that is uncommon to most restaurants, outside of diners at least, is the steak and eggs. A four ounce filet mignon served over Yukon gold potatoes and goat cheese gratine and béarnaise sauce. What carnivore doesn’t like a runny yolk lathering their steak?
