Mezza Mediterranean Grille's comfortable ambience and extensive menu make it a welcome addition to the Twelve Oaks neighborhood. The Novi restaurant has seating for 220 and a banquet facility in the lower level. The walls are painted to resemble Mediterranean buildings or scenery, such as a sunny flower garden. The separate full bar area has small tables, three televisions and a big fish tank. The place feels comfortable and unstuffy. The menu is gigantic and predominantly Middle Eastern. When you're seated, you get a basket of pita bread and a little saucer of olive oil, raw garlic and zatar, an Arabic spice. There's live music on weekend nights. --Emiliana Sandoval
