The spirit of a 1953 roadhouse lives on at Luigis, a funky, friendly, always crowded spot with pizza so good, fans drive from across the metro area to have it. We love the sesame-seeded crusts and the abundance of excellent fresh ingredients. The Luigis Special is a favorite, with ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and peppers. --Sylvia Rector
