Along with typical pub fare like fish and chips, burgers, corned beef, beef tips, and Guinness and Irish whiskeys, this high-end Irish pub also offers a few other things you might not expect - like baked Alaska. The menu is put together using local produce and imports from Ireland, along with corned beef from Chicago. Every sauce and dressing is made from scratch, and soups change frequently except for the potato leek, which is thick and redolent of leek. Casual but stylish, Sean O'Callaghan's offers consistent service that is attentive, confident and unobtrusive. --Shawn Windsor
