Laikon Cafe is the Best Greek food and the most authentic food this side of Greece. I have been to the other restaurants and this is by fare the best. This is like being in Greece . This is truly a family owned and operated restaurant.The Owner greeted us and told us the history of Laikon Cafe , since 1927 Now the oldest Restaurant in Greektown . This place feels like you are welcomed and like you are at home. I had the Lamb Shank and my husband had the Famous Lamb Chops, they melted in his mouth. I suggest if you want REAL greek food you have to Go LAIKON CAFE Greektown .
