Essentially a sandwich restaurant, Eph's brings new meaning to the word "stuffed." The sandwiches come with so much meat that every cow in America has the jitters. The Mable Clark, in particular, is way too big to get your mouth around, making cutlery less of an option and more of a necessity. --Brett Callwood
