Hello! I was a paying customer and a witness to some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The whole time my wife and I were there, we received exceptional service from our waiter, but we saw the general manager harass a group of young kids. I didn't see everything that happened, but I did see a young girl get bullied by the general manager that came out to check out the situation.

I am the kind of person that believes that respect is something that is very important in the business world, as I am a manager of a store as well. Professionalism is extremely important, and seeing the general manager torment a young girl until she was crying was something I was very shocked to see.

Overall, the food and atmosphere was very nice, and I would suggest the bar to my friends. However, I think the general manager should be replaced with someone with integrity, kindness, professionalism, and respect for anyone that walks through the door. I believe that the business would do better.

I was sitting at a table nearby a girl who Accidentally spilled her drink on one of the pool tables and the general manager named ...Tristan came over and threatened to call the police and charge her 500 dollars!

She then proceeded to yell at the whole entire group of people which was about ten people saying they were all not allowed to come back! All because of an accident. She actually then made this poor girl cry who did not deserve the mistreatment.

The general manager then said if anyone complained it wouldn't matter because her and the district manager were friends. That night I saw some of the worst service I have ever seen in my life! Never go here!! Toxic environment because the general manager Tristan.

And as we were leaving other wait staff commented on how she was cruel and made them all look bad because of her attitude.

This pub is in a strip mall but inside the atmosphere is pleasant , Many screens About 20 beers on draft. I had the Napa salad which was very nice. I will return

Lively and interactive Sports Bar. Bailey's is the perfect place to catch all the games and have some fun. With a handful of pool tables and a rentable Wii, Bailey's is the perfect combo for sports enthusiasts. The food is pretty good here too, their thin crust pizzas are excellent, some of the best bar food in town. There is plenty of seating and knowledgable bartenders, come early for big games, it gets packed!!! The waitstaff is friendly, and always willing to put on the games you'd like to watch. If you're looking to host an event here, the rooms can be rented and pool tables can be reserved.
