Mosaic has mastered good service and good food but not at a casual price. However, given the quality of the meal and swanky surroundings, the price isn't half bad. The lunch menu brings extravagance to sandwiches and is much more reasonable for dining on a budget. Weekend nights really heat up. Whether you're there for sangria and appetizers or the $52 steak and lobster, the waitstaff treats everyone like royalty. Perfect for dates, tableside conversation is easy with moderate music levels and with fondue it's easy to feed or be fed. While definitely not a dance club, when the area in front of the bar attracts a crowd, dancing soon follows. --Sara Kandel
