If you’re looking for an non-traditional way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, then make a reservation for you and your sweetheart at a White Castle near you. The restaurants, known for their sliders, will be decorated with lover's-day themes, there will be a host or hostess to seat you and waiters and waitresses will bring you your meal.
“We’ve been getting reservations since the end of December,” says Mary Lukowski, Detroit regional area office associate who adds that White Castle has been providing Valentine’s Day dining experiences for about seven years.
The White Castle menu will be the same Feb. 14. Table service does not cost extra.
For a little added romance, send your significant other a free SliderGram. You can pick from one of six electronic cards inviting your other half for dinner for two. The cards say things like “You complete me, but the Crave completes us. Join me for Valentine’s Day at White Castle.”
