The skinny: Feels like a Creole joint in New Orleans with its dark, wooded interior and antique tin ceiling. Howe’s has amazing Creole-inspired cuisine and a rotating list of wines that pair well with their often spicy dishes.

The wings: Fried without batter and coated with a light traditional style sauce of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and butter, they are simple and delicious. Homemade ranch dressing on the side serves as a cool refresher to the spicy wings.
