The Hills Bar & Grille is the place to be seen -- literally. With floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the dining and bar areas, it's impossible to not be noticed in this something-for-everyone hot spot. Four buddies opened the bustling bar and grille in May 2007 to an eclectic crowd of club-goers, beer-drinkers and sports enthusiasts alike. With seating for more than 200 inside and 50 outside, The Hills quotes less than 30-minute wait times on average during the weekend rushes. That is, if you plan on sitting. It's not uncommon to find patrons circulating around the bar area, mixing with friends and catching all of the big games on 30 HD TVs. If you can't find the match-up you came to see, chances are it's the one on the 193-inch projector screen, visible from almost every seat in the restaurant.
