This was my second visit to Mudgie's, having placed my business card in the free lunch drawing jar, an exercise in purist optimism, as no one really draws cards distributing free lunches, or so I thought. As you could well imagine, I was stunned when I received a call assuring me that I in fact had won a free lunch, blowing the lid off an adage that has apparently passed its time.
I sallied forth, and as good as their word, they did ply all of their sandwich making arts and produced for me a creation aptly named The Gutty which could only be described as... transcendent. They also spoiled me with Boylan's Pure Cane Cola and arcane varieties of Better Made chips not found in your corner store, and a really brilliant pickle. All provided with exemplary service and hospitality.

Had opportunity to go to Mudgie's over the weekend. Food was awesome. Fudgy Mudgie is to die for. Owner, Greg Mudge makes appearances in dining room to oversee everything. Big thumbs up.
