Each year thousands of music lovers descend on the 2.1-square-mile city of Hamtramck for a chance to sample the sounds of close to 200 local bands. After Wednesday’s launch party at the Majestic complex in Detroit, the local music celebration shifted to 12 Hamtramck venues where the 15th annual Metro Times Blowout rocked and rolled through Saturday. -- Rachel May
