Playing to roughly 40,000 fans each night during a two-day stadium stand at Comerica Park (July 18 and July 19), Kid Rock didn't just star in a monster-sized concert -- he hosted a full-on Detroit party/rock 'n' roll festival. Beer was flowing througout the city (Rock even launched his own American Bad Ass label of brew at the event), motorcross bikes were airborne, bands were jamming and people, everywhere, were partying at the block party. Friday night Robert Randolph & the Family Band and Lynryd Skynrd opened while Saturday night had Cypress Hill and Alice in Chains.
