What is the best car that you’ve owned?
A ’68 Ford Mustang. I still have it and hopefully one day I’ll be able to afford to put a new engine in it and get some bodywork done.
And the worst?
I had a 1970 Cadillac that was a piece of junk. It was just awful. I think I got to drive it five times and every time I drove it the power steering fluid would leak out. I’d always have to stop every 15 minutes to pour more fluid in there.
What do you drive now?
I have my little trusty ’97 Ford Ranger. I love my little truck.
Can you think of a funny or crazy story, something that happened to you while driving?
I came up with the title of my record while driving. Typically, ideas for songs and lyrics come to me while I’m driving. When I came up with the record title, I was probably on the way home from the gym. I’d probably been thinking of it that morning, then “Eureka."
