Indie auteur Jim Jarmusch ("Down by Law," "Night on Earth," "Dead Man") signed up Jack and Meg to appear in a segment of his 2003 comedy "Coffee and Cigarettes," which also starred music headliners such as Iggy Pop, RZA, GZA and Tom Waits, as well as lauded thespians like Cate Blanchett, Bill Murray, Roberto Benigni and more. In it, White obsesses over the scientific achievements of the infamous Nikola Tesla, carting a large Tesla coil around in a little red wagon, while his favorite Iggy and the Stooges shredder "Down on the Street" plays in the background.
