Fashion: Who could forget Kate Winslet’s wardrobe in this blockbuster? Audiences were immediately hooked when she stepped on screen in a striped traveling suit with an enormously wide-brimmed hat. Sure, it looks a little like an odd prison warden uniform, but the effect of the stripes, tie and hat instantly commands attention.

Fix: Although the film draws inspiration from Edwardian closets, this outfit could have been worn in Ralph Lauren’s spring ’08 show. So, if James Cameron’s film has you jonesing for crisp, clean and waspy clothes, you should check out this country club chic designer pronto.
