When it comes to the grump-off, witches really get the short end of the stick (I know, to the pun-itentiary with me). They never seem to get their due. But Miss Elmira Gulch is a total paragon of grumpitude, riding around on that bike, grouching up the neighborhood. And let’s face it, with that long shapeless dress, tall boots and little black hat, she could be responsible for a grumpy-chic fashion revolution.
