The Super Bowl commercial craze isn't limited to beer and cars. Hollywood ponies up the big bucks to preview some of their hottest titles due out in the spring and summer.
And it looks like the studios are betting on three things for the year ahead:
Sequels! (Tom Hanks returns as his "Da Vinci Code" character in "Angels and Demons"; the "Transformers" are back; and the original cast of "The Fast and the Furious" is reunited at last.)
Remakes! (New versions of TV's "Star Trek" and "Land of the Lost," plus Disney updates "Witch Mountain.")
Animation! (DreamWorks' 3D "Monsters vs. Aliens" and Pixar's "Up.")
