So, a group of us from work went to the Copper Canyon Brewery last night for our holiday gathering. There were 13 of us and we called ahead to request a table. We arrived and were greeted adn seated. This is when the customer service stopped. It took us atleast 10 minutes to get our drinks. The waiter took our orders and one of our group was away from the table and he did not come back to take her order, she eventually had to flag him down. It took over and hour to get any food and they brought out the pizzas that some of us had ordered, but not the individual burgers, sandwiches and salads that others had ordered. They brought the wrong pizza to people and only after people were eating other peoples pizza did they figure this out. They did not want to fix the issues, but eventually did bring another pizza. The burgers, sandwiches and salads came out atleast 20-30 minutes later and not all at once. The burgers were dry and the potato wedges were soggy. Someone from our group ordered aburger well done and after waiting OVER and hour it was brought to her medium rare. When she asked to speak to the owner he was rude, refused to replace it, was not apologetic and would not take it off of the bill. He informed us that he did not need our business in his resturant and to leave and not return. Another person, who had ordered a salad and had not received it after everyone else received their food and had eaten some pizza instead, just cancelled her salad and was charged for it anyways. Then they could split our bills correctly and continued to charge people for things that belonged on other bills. All complaints were handled with rudeness and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life and after all that and spending an insanely overpriced amount of money on mediocre to bad food, we were charged an 18% gratuity and treated like criminals. Since the owner was the one that treated us that way and showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care there is no other level to complain about this too, so I am hoping that by posting reviews that anyone who may be considering going to Copper Canyon Brewery will heed my advice and sve the money, time and aggravation.

If you want amazing food and service visit the Canton Antonio's location. I have been at the restaurant in the dining room and for 3 banquets. It is a great family atmosphere. The Rita sauce is one of our families favorites. My kids always enjoy watching the homemade pastas being made. The homemade bread is delicious, but be sure to save room because the portions of food are huge! I hope you enjoy Antonio's as much as we do.

Called, put in my order, and within 15 minutes, I received the BEST RIBS I HAVE EVER HAD!! They where litterally falling off the bone, and sauce was supberb. Two sides came with the meal, I orderd Potato Salad, and Baked beans and they where just like home made, no canned stuff. I am so glad Canjun Joes is in my area, what more can I say, this restaurant is outstanding, and I'll be back, again, and again.

I have not been to this deli but one look at the menu makes it clear the restaurant is not kosher. They serve ham, bacon, sandwiches with meat and cheese, etc. This restaurant should be reclassified. There is very little that's Jewish about a restaurant that serves pork. Ignore my ratings - I had to enter them in order to include this comment.

Ok, so as for this bsr having scary people.... I am not sure that is exactly what I would say. I think it would only be scary to and 80 year old in a suit to be honest. The people in this bar are fun and friendly. Of course, as in any bar, you will get your occasional crzy drunk person who wants to run thier mouth and start something with other people. Let me assure you that these types of people are escorted out as quickly as they walked in. The bands are fun, a little loud some times, but fun. The games are great. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I think before you get scared away from this bar, you should check it out for yourself. If you like loud music, good food, cheap drinks and an all around good place to hang oit, then this is the place for you.

Club Canton is the place to be on a Wednsday night if you want to sing your heart out. The bar staff are awesome. They will treat you like family from the moment you walk in the first time. Wed. night is ladies night by the way!! The karaoke host is the best around as well. If you want to have a beer and some good ol' conversation with great people, this is the place to be!!! They have a great house band Thursday thru Saturday. They are a must hear! Come join my Club Canton family!! You won't regret it!

I have eaten at Bookies, both as a solo diner and with friends at both lunch and dinner at least 6 times over the last 9 months and although I find the food to be average or above, I have often felt like the food is almost an afterthought..."OK! lets serve some food, too!" may have been thrown out while brainstorming during the design phase..."Yeah, thats kewl!" everyone agreed. On a recent Friday night the place was lively and understaffed...1 waitperson on the main floor with a gradually filling room of happy bar customers. We ordered dinner that included appitizer, salad, and entrees. I can't understand the reason for not having salt/pepper sugar etc on the tables, but so be it. It only makes more work for the waitperson. Food, overall decent, if slightly cool due to the obvious wait at the kitchen for pickup---but the clincher of the evening was when, at 6:10 pm our entrees were served the waitperson informed us she was leaving and dropped the checque on the table indicating it was time to cash out. Now, we had a tab of 55.00/party of 2---a respectable amount by anyones standards in this market for that type of restaurant. I normally would have questioned this and asked for a manager, however, since the food was still above warm and the prospect of dealing with someone else would only have resulted in colder food, we settled the check and finished eating. TIP for management,,,you ended the evening at that point...with dirty dishies, no sign of a busperson, coffee, desert, and drinks were off the ticket...easily 20.00 more on the tab. I did call the restaurant the following Monday, not so much to complain, as I do like the place, but to encourage a bit more professionalism on the part of the floor staff...after asking to speak to management (off peak lunch time) I gave up after 10 minutes on hold. Will I go back?...probably...but on Monday-Wednesday when its guarenteed to be slower...based on a drive by to check the potential crowd size first. Food 4, service 2, management awarness 0

As a patron of Mezza West Bloomfield, I am shocked every time I walk into Mezza Royal Oak. The food preparation time is unbelievably slow compared to all the other Middle Eastern Food chains in Metro Detroit. In addition, the servers have considerable difficulty getting orders in correctly. The problem may be in the kitchen but that would be hard to believe considering how delicious the food is. Yes, the food is absolutely delicious and I hope that brings tons of people in so they can get more professional servers on staff. In summary, the service is horrible but the food is amazing!
