Local heavyweight prospect Rich Powers interviewed after his TKO victory
Carlos Llinas’, Sam Jawad of CLIP Boxing, and Ron Remus teamed up to bring a night of world-class professional boxing to the Royal Oak Music Theater. It was a night of explosive action which included local heavyweight prospect Rich Powers, as well as Jr. middleweight Alexis "Hurricane" Hloros, lightweight James Lester Jr. and welterweight "Lightning" Larry Ventis.
The main event featured super middleweight Darryl "The Peoples Choice" Cunningham who victoriously defended the Mid-American title with a knockout. Also in attendance was former world champion Tommy "The Hitman" Hearns and many other local celebrities.
