The three-day 2009 Ribs ‘n’ Soul Festival at Hart Plaza was jam packed giving Detroiters more than enough options when it came to relaxing, eating and drinking. With award-winning cooks onsite and live performaces, the Ribs ‘n’ Soul festival offered something for everyone.
