Party Pics: Wound fashion show at the DIA
As part of the Detroit Institute of Arts’s Friday night Live program, the Poet Warrior fashion show, starring Sarah Lapinki's Wound Menswear, rocked the runway in front of a standing-room only crowd. Under the incredible setting of the Richard Avedon exhibit, Lapinski showed off her latest line while designers Brit Moore and Jeannine Shinoda also showed off their inspiring goods. An afterglow event took place at the Bankle Building that featured a photo exhibition and artwork by Nicola Kuperus, Rich Rice, Camilo Pardo, Shades, 323 East, Iryna Zhygalkina, Ara Howrani and Jason Grant. DJs at the stylie soiree included Chuck Flask, Secrets and Joe Gize.
