The fourth annual Stars & Stripes Festival took over the streets of Mt. Clemens this past weekend, drawing tens of thousands to the cozy east-side town for music, food and more. The free four-day event featured music on four different stages, a blend of national and local performers that included headliners such as the revived Rockets (Friday), Vince Neil (Saturday), Warrant (Sunday) and more.
