Every now and again, we all get the urge to release our inner Xtina, and thanks to Royal Oak's Noir Leather, those impulses can be satisfied on a regular basis at the infamous Hellbound parties. This month's event at Small's featured the Cycledelic Cream Dream, a Stockings Leg Parade, a Dungeon Play Room and sounds by DJ Spinny.
