Party pics: Motor City NYE – The Drop
While millions had their TVs tuned to New York’s famed Times Square ball drop, Detroit was counting down 2010 in a similar fashion with the first ever Drop at Campus Martius Park.
The Drop, sponsored by Metromix, was held outside the Hard Rock Café Detroit and in the Compuware atrium. There were two main stages with music provided by DJs Tom T and A.D. Cruze, hors d’oeuvres stations and an open bar until 2 a.m. The first-time event was hosted by Fox 2’s Anqunette Jamison.
