The three-day art exhibit at the Tangent Gallery/Hasting St. Ballroom went out with a bang Saturday night with a packed house for the Masquerade Ball. The VIP reception included a 13-dish strolling dinner, a formal absinthe tasting and honey wine samplings. Music was provided by DJ Quig and Sugar Hiccup, aerial performances by Detroit Flyhouse and various entertainment by Satori Circus, circus hellions Miss Pussykatt and Rachel of the Devil Dolls, Chantal and Amber, Justene and Jade and the mesmerizing Joshua Wilde.
