Metromix your weekend: Sept. 11-13
Ahh, yes. The weekend is hurre (and yes, the column just made it up before the party starts): That means it's time to say screw work and/or school and get crunk. So much to do (and see), and literally there's just not enough time. There's an art fair in Rochester, the Renaissance Festival (this weekend they have a bocce ball tournament, a knights competition, and a murder mystery fantasy), the Red Bull Big Tune music event with Guilty Simpson and Black Milk tonight at the Stick, the always amazing Dally in the Alley and don't forget about doing the time warp again at "Rocky Horror Picture Show" at Meadow Brook.
Good times indeed. Of course there is some Sunday night must-see ("True Blood," "VMAs") TV. Will Jessica get Hoyt back? Will Hoyt clank his momma over the head with a shovel (come on, she is really friggin annoying with those saucer eyes and wretched tongue)? Will Bon Temps have its collective heart eaten by that wicked Mary Anne? Oh, Sunday...Can't wait to sink my fangs into that. Let's do it kiddies. Time is a tick-tick-ticking away.
