Close to 1,300 people jammed into the Crofoot Ballroom Friday night for Encore -- the official opening-night party for the Chrysler Arts, Beats & Eats. While 89X was on hand with a live broadcast from the second floor, all sorts of musical action was directed to bombard the senses and blow out your ears. Main stage acts included headliners The Hard Lessons, Millions of Brazilians, Our Brother the Megazord, Prussia and DJ Mark E; plus Zoos of Berlin, Handsome Sam, DJ Ice Cold Chrissy, Jeff Milo, Mikel O.D. and Tom Matich filled out the sounds throughout the venue.
