Detroit Fashion Week Designer Showcase 2011
Detroit fashion week 2011 came to a close with the Detroit Fashion Week Designer Showcase at the Detroit Public Library’s main branch. The Spring/Summer 2012 runway show was held in the Adam Strom Hall on the second floor of the historic Woodward Avenue library. Guests were able to enjoy the inspiring fashion designs and stunning architecture during the runway show. Preparations for the runway show began hours before the 9 p.m. start time. An array of stylists, models, seamstresses, designers and support staff worked right up to the last minute making sure every stitch was perfect.
