Dally in the Alley 2011
Threatening weather gave way to sunny skies for the 34th annual Dally in the Alley. Founded in 1977 as a Cass Corridor art fair, Dally in the Alley has become a gathering spot for all things creative in Detroit. This year’s festival featured over 40 music acts on four different stages. The Garden Stage saw beloved Detroit songstresses Audra Kubat host a touching tribute to the late Detroit poet Blair. All the while numerous vendors, artists and local restaurants helped to fill out a celebration of all things Detroit.
