Party pics: 2009 Tiffany Michigan Hairdresser of the Year Awards
Two incredible events, Kemon Nights and the 2009 Tiffany Hairdresser of the Year awards, combined into one fabulous night of food, fashion and entertainment at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on Saturday night. Taking home and award for Color, Irina Miasnikova of the Pigalle Salon & Med Spa in Southfield was also crowned the 2009 Tiffany Michigan Hair Dresser of the year.
